More silly pictures from the day of our first spare! We really abused my camera phone that day. Also, I fell off of that fence shortly after climbing it. Boo, fences. Nicki flipping the bird at our school's sign is by far my favourite from that set, however. It's a gesture I've become fairly accustomed to!
Pictures from our English class in the computer lab last year! We didn't go to that lab often, as it contains what we deem to be the 'ghetto computers', but yeah. Our English class was a blast. None of us did particularly well, but hey, we sure had fun! Kayla and Steffi were also in our English class with us. During the summer, just about every day, we'd come in from lunch and/or spare SOAKING wet, and sometimes, in white t-shirts. Why, you ask? During lunch, we'd get together a group of maybe 20-40 people every day, all with multiple water bottles, empty pop bottles, and the like, fill them all with water, and soak the hell out of each other. We'd pour them down each other's shirts, pants, skirts (especially in Steffi's case), and do all sorts of things like that. It was a blast. Nicki and I once had a water fight in the bathroom. We didn't get caught, but there was an announcement about it while we were sitting in English class soaking wet, and getting the seats wet too (we ALMOST felt bad for the people who had to sit there after us, but not quite!), but our teacher loved us, and we loved her, so she didn't say anything.
That paragraph was turning into a wall of text, so I figured I'd start a new one! Anyways, Steffi and Kayla also occasionally (when we'd walk to 7-11, it's a short distance from our school) put vodka in their slurpies and drink them during English class. Nicki and I aren't drinkers ourselves (well, I'm not - she hits the bottle occasionally :P), but they quite enjoy(ed) drinking themselves silly. We don't talk to Steffi much anymore, but that's beside the point. English class last year was incredible. Some of my best memories are from that class! Did I mention that we once passed a GIGANTIC green notebook around during a test and didn't get caught? Yeah, we're stealthy. We were also international baccalaureate students last year, if neither of us had mentioned that. So, basically, we're not stupid by any means, to say the least. Getting back to our spare, Steffi once flashed an entire math class - for the entire spare. Everyone has seen Steffi's everything, I swear. I could keep going, but this post would become a mile long in no time.
Calgary at night! Isn't it pretty? I thought I'd post this because, well, the vast majority of our adventures take place here, in Calgary. It's a gorgeous city. I love it, personally. One of the best places for adventures, for sure!
The top of my head, kind of. I decided to poof my hair up a bit while it was straight. It's naturally curly. I like it both ways, though.
A nice little picture to illustrate why I'm often asked if I'm part Japanese. I think it's the way I do my eyeliner every day, and the sheer size of my eyes - they're enormous (I like them!). I'm not, however. If you go back a couple generations, I'm all Scottish and Welsh. I do, however, have a bit of Italian and English in me as well. I'm not Asian, at all. A few of my friends came to the conclusion that I was/am Japacottish. Whatever works!
I'll be taking some more pictures at school tomorrow! Perhaps some of our other friends, and of course, some of us, because we're amazing.
